Dubai (Local Delivery)
Eligible items may be delivered within 2 hours during operating hours, subject to order confirmation, payment authorization, and courier availability.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination emirate and courier availability.

Romania
Free Express Delivery (1–2 business days) is available during our summer operating season, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

International Shipping

We primarily ship worldwide via DHL Express Worldwide. Depending on the destination or specific customer requirements, we may also use trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–5 business days
• United States: 5–8 business days
• Asia-Pacific & International: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and any other taxes imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related expenses may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Payment & Order Processing

All payments are securely processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Your bank or payment provider may automatically convert the transaction into your local currency during payment processing.

Orders are processed after payment authorization and order confirmation. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Luxury Shipping & Security

All shipments are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For high-value orders, an adult signature may be required upon delivery.

For security reasons, orders may be shipped only to the billing address or to a verified delivery address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification for high-value orders to protect both our customers and BagLovers against fraud.
